UK DELIVERY TIMES
UK orders are dispatched via First Class Recorded Delivery (Signature Required). If a signatory is not going to be available you can opt to have your order dispatched to an alternative address such as your work address.
Dead Fresh products are individually made-to-order therefore please allow 14-21 working days for delivery.
I NEED SOMETHING IN A RUSH
If you've left things until the last minute (again!!) and you require something in a rush, please contact us. We have an allocated number of slots every week which enable us to upgrade your order and shipping. Please contact us and we will advise you if a slot is available and advise how to order. We have in the past been able to turn-around a pair of Custom Converse in 2-5 working days.
For deliveries to Europe please allow up to 20-days for delivery. USA and Canada please allow up to 25 days for delivery. For the Rest of the World please allow up to 31 days for delivery.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item(s) or exchange item(s) please follow the procedures below.
Please Note: Personalised, Own Design and Customised Converse cannot be returned, unless faulty. All shoes are inspected prior to dispatch, if there is a fault on delivery this needs to be reported to us within 2-days of delivery. Once we confirm there was a fault, shoes need to be returned to us within 7-days of this confirmation.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
We aim to dispatch orders within 10-12-working days therefore if you wish to cancel your order please do so within 1 hour of placing your order. If you wish to cancel or amend an order for personalised item(s) please do so within 1 hour of placing your order. Sadly we cannot cancel or amend personalised garments unless notified within this time frame.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. If you do not have a returns from, please contact us and we will send one to you. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
If you require an exchange, please place a fresh order for the item(s) you require, complete the returns form and you will receive a refund for the returned item(s).
We highly recommend you send items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Goods are your responsibility until we have received them. Please remember to get and keep a Proof of Postage.
If we need to refund your postage for any reason, we will only refund the cost of items sent via recorded delivery. We will not refund the cost of postage when sent via registered post (next day delivery).
Your Credit/Debit Card will be refunded within 3-7 working days. Your exchange should arrive within 3-15 working days, if there is a delay we will inform you.
Sadly we do not refund postal charges.
